I'm Kayti Agnelli, an Operations and Grants Consultant with more than a decade of experience helping nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and growing businesses strengthen their infrastructure, improve efficiency, and build long-term capacity. Our work combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation, helping organizations move from ideas and goals to practical systems that create measurable results.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Florida, where I developed a deep interest in how people, organizations, and communities function together. That foundation continues to shape my approach today. Whether I'm streamlining workflows, developing training programs, managing complex projects, or supporting grant development efforts, I focus on creating solutions that are both effective and people-centered.
Throughout my career, I have worked across the nonprofit, financial, insurance, and business services sectors, leading teams, building organizational systems, and supporting operational growth. These experiences taught me that sustainable success depends on clear processes, strong communication, and a culture where people feel empowered to contribute.
